Booking Cancellation & Refunds

If you cancel your booking 24 hours before the rental time, you are eligible for a full refund (excluding GST and payment gateway charges).

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental time will incur a 50% charge. No refund will be provided for cancellations after vehicle pickup.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be Credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during booking.
