Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license to rent or drive our vehicles.

Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website or customer support. Payments must be completed in full before vehicle handover. GST will be applied as per government regulations (GST No: 24FIMPK2069A1ZG).

Vehicle Use

• The vehicle must be used for lawful purposes only.
• Sub-leasing, reckless driving, or using vehicles for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

Damage & Liability

Renters are responsible for any damages, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period unless covered by insurance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time. Cancellation fees may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Tripwills will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from vehicle use, breakdowns, or delays.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad courts.
